Fish Chowder

Good for cold weather and for supplying some healthy oils.

Fish Chowder

1 lb snapper, halibut, tilapia or cod
1 onion
2 leeks
1/2 lb mushrooms
2 stalks celery
2 potatoes
2 cups soymilk
salt, pepper
lemon juice
dill

Cube potatoes. Chop onion. Slice celery, mushrooms, leeks. Cut fish into bite size pieces.
